1 sachet of slimming milk tea
1 banana cut into thin slices
1 apple sliced in small pieces
1/4 cup of hot water (not boiling)
1) pour the contents of the milk tea sachet to the 1/4 cup of hot water.
Mix until powder is fully diluted in the water.
2) put slized apple and banana in a cup along with the milk tea and water mixture. Feel free to add cold water and ice for a cold smoothie.
3) blend or in a nutri ninja shaker
4) put in drinking cover and enjoy! 😉
